RESERVATIONS & PAYMENTS
A reservation is made upon the payment of deposit amount as specified below. Balance payment is to be made to Raffles Holidays 2-1 month before departure. Failure to comply with this may result in automatic cancellation of reservation and forfeiture of deposit.
DEPOSIT FOR GROUP TOURS
Short trip < 4 hrs flight = $500 per person
Long Haul > 4 hrs flight = $1000 per person
Exotic = $2000 per person
AMENDMENT BY CUSTOMER
Any amendments (excluding air ticket) made by you after reservation is confirmed, an admin fee of $50 per person will be imposed by Raffles Holidays. Air ticket amendment additional cost subjected to airline terms and conditions.
CANCELLATION BY RAFFLES HOLIDAYS
Cancellations of bookings made by Raffles Holidays due to low participation or unforeseen circumstances, full deposit will be refund.
It is extremely important that you take out Travel Insurance. It is essential that this insurance covers you for involuntary cancellations of your holiday and other matters such as baggage loss, injury etc.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENT
Please note that a card fee will be applied automatically to credit card payment amounts:
3% - Mastercard, Visa
2% - American Express
This fee covers a range costs associated with processing bookings paid by credit card including card merchant fees.
It is passenger’s responsibility to ensure that your passport have at least 6 months of validity upon completion of return journey. Biometric passport is required for all Singapore passport holders travelling to USA.
Raffles Holidays reserve the right for any alteration of packages and promotions that may arise due to limitations or availability issues
